Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by Albina Onda, an artist based in Florence, Italy (“data controller” under the GDPR). You can reach her at info@albinaonda.com.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are used solely to answer your inquiry. By default the form opens your own email application, so nothing you write is stored on this website. If a message-delivery service is configured, your message is forwarded to that service only so it can be delivered to the artist. Your details are never used for marketing and never sold or shared with anyone else.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd, to measure visits anonymously — for example which pages are viewed, for how long, and from which country. Until you accept through the cookie banner, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Information collected by Google may be transferred outside the European Union under Standard Contractual Clauses. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookies” link in the footer.

Cookies and browser storage

• Your consent preference

  Stored in your browser (localStorage) for 12 months so the banner does not reappear at every visit. Purely technical — no consent is needed for it.

• Google Analytics cookies

  Names starting with _ga. Set only after you accept analytics; expire after up to 24 months. If you decline, any previously set analytics cookies are deleted.

Legal bases and retention

Answering your messages relies on legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); analytics relies on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with future effect. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to info@albinaonda.com to exercise any of them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
